The speed and ease that this process was managed. Discussing Mortgages can be heavy confusing and really boring. Our circumstances were unusual and the broker offered by the estate agent didn’t attempt to find a suitable solution. In contrast, the adviser took plenty of time to understand the situation fully and then came up with a product that matched our needs exactly. Even then it was not plain sailing as the adviser had to “fight our corner” with the lender over a number of issues. Finally it all went through as we wanted. We were kept fully informed at all stages and the commitment we were making was explained carefully and thoroughly.
